Contest Part 1
How to Participate: Mend-A-Body is growing and you can be an active part of our success. From July 1-August 31st, YOU can be in a position to earn prizes and recognition just for sharing your great results with our program. Our intention is to feature the “best of the best” Mend-A-Body Solutions client testimonials and photos on our brand new website, which will be launching at the end of summer. In order to participate and have a chance at the fabulous prizes, you simply need to provide your coach with a photo of you BEFORE your program and a photo AFTER you have completed the program in order to show the full impacts of your new healthy waistline. Also, please complete this form so that your photo and story may be used. Materials must be submitted by September 5, 2011. At the end of the photo collection period, all photos and testimonials received will be posted on the Mend-A-Body Solutions Health Nuts Community blog (www.mendabodyblog.com) and linked from our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MendABodySolutions). Voting will take place on the blog and will be promoted on the Facebook page.
Prizes: There will be several prizes and incentives for those who submit photos and testimonials. The grand prize drawing (determined by the client with the most votes on the blog) will be a $250 shopping spree for YOU and a $250 shopping spree for your coach! We will have additional prizes for winners judged by the Mend-A-Body staff based purely on story and pictures provided! Voting will be completed by September 30th.
Contest Part 2
How to Participate: Next, help us spread the gift of HEALTH to those you know. There are so many folks out there just looking to get healthy. Your name will be entered into a drawing every time you are able to encourage a friend to fill out a health survey AND either a.) attend one of our Health Nuts Live sessions or b.) participate in one of our Program Overview conference calls featuring a host or staff member representing Mend-A-Body Solutions. Your coach can provide additional cards. One winner will be randomly drawn from the postcard entries. Entries must be received before September 30th, 2011.
Prizes: The survey entrant will receive a free Mend-A-Vantage program or reimbursement in equal value. The person featured as the sponsor for the entrant will be reimbursed for a Mend-A-Vantage program or equal value as well.
